Shipping policy

How it works

Every Kev the Bev tee is printed to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Once you order, your tee is made and dispatched by our print partner, usually within 2–5 working days. It's then handed to a courier.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery: £3.99 on orders under £50
Free UK delivery on orders of £50 or more

Most UK orders arrive within 3–11 working days of ordering, including making and delivery. That's an estimate, not a guarantee: busy periods and courier delays can add a few days.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Orders outside the UK

Where we deliver outside the UK, the delivery price is shown at checkout. Delivery takes longer, and your country may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees on arrival. These are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll get in touch, and re-delivery will be charged at cost.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived by the end of its estimated delivery window, give it a couple more days. Then email hello@kevthebev.co.uk with your order number. Please do this within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can chase it up or send a replacement.

If tracking says delivered but you can't find it, check with your neighbours and your local delivery office first, then let us know.
